Coventry, Warwickshire Mind in Coventry, with two sites, Harry Salt House or Berry Mews, seeks an Activity Coordinator to run therapeutic group activities and a recovery-focused programme. The role supports community engagement and client outcomes within our mental health services.
The post holder will plan events, coordinate sessions, and help clients engage, contributing to fundraising efforts and client support. 37 hours per week, with some evenings/weekends; driving license required.

37 hours per week, typically working Monday – Friday 9.00am -4.30pm, includes some evening and weekend working for events

Harry Salt House: Harry Salt House is home to our Intensive Recovery Support Service (IRSS).
The service is delivered in two ways:
IRSS Accommodation:3–7 hours of supportper dayat Harry Salt House, along with a night concierge.
IRSS Community:7 or more hours of supportper weekto a client living in the community.
Berry Mews: Berry Mews is our new 24 hour residential unit which has been designed for adults on their mental health recovery journey, offering safe, supported accommodation where residents can rebuild confidence, stability and independence.
The position holder will be responsible for therapeutic group activities and structured events within our mental health recovery unit, either Harry Salt House or Berry Mews. They will f acilitate a vibrant, recovery focussed programme that promotes community engagement, social inclusion and therapeutic benefits. They will p lan events for fundraising, promotions and client support as well as c oordinate group sessions and events and supporting clients to engage.
The post holder will create sessions that compliment care and recovery planning, alongside Recovery Support Workers.
