Job responsibilities

We seek a dynamic Activities Coordinator passionate about providing excellent care.

You will work 40 hours per week across a 7-day schedule, including weekends and occasional bank holidays as rostered.

Cygnet Alders Clinic is a 20-bed rehabilitation service offering assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for women with personality disorders and complex trauma needs.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Develop, plan, implement, and oversee activities, outings, and events for our residents
  2. Prepare a weekly activity timetable
  3. Organize and facilitate activity groups
  4. Provide engaging and supportive leisure activities, including physical and emotional support
  5. Ensure availability of staff, space, and materials for activities
  6. Motivate colleagues to support the activity program
  7. Create promotional materials for events
