Job summary

Elysium Healthcare is seeking an Activities Coordinator at Thornford Park Hospital to develop, deliver and coordinate social, recreational and leisure activities aligned with treatment plans.

You will build 1-1 and group rapports with service users, tailoring activities to interests and needs while planning and implementing activities with a strong emphasis on individual care. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and develop links with community resources to support engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and coordinate social, recreational and leisure activities.
