Job summary

Runwood Homes is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to design and run engaging activities tailored to residents across our care homes. You will involve residents in meaningful pastimes, supporting their dignity and self-esteem every day.

You will also mentor staff on how to engage with residents, foster positive relationships, and celebrate individuality, while maintaining high standards of care and safeguarding practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care home setting is a plus.
• Previous experience in organising activities or leading groups is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Assertive yet flexible in your approach.
• Diversity of backgrounds welcomed for Activities Coordinators.
