Job summary

The successful candidate will plan and run group activities, use strong written and verbal communication, and work collaboratively with care teams to support residents’ wellbeing. Prior activity coordination or care-home experience is a plus, with opportunities to progress within the company.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage residents.
• Experience in organising activities or leading groups is beneficial.
• Experience in a care home setting is a plus.

Responsibilities
