Job summary

Heathlands Care Home in Chingford is seeking an Activities Coordinator to enhance daily life through meaningful, person-centred activities for up to 84 residents. You will plan a varied programme of group and 1:1 activities, tailored to preferences and care needs, fostering wellbeing, independence and social interaction.

Role offers training and support for those new to care, with a warm, supportive team and a commitment to dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• Creativity and organisational skills to design engaging activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for residents, families and staff.
• Ability to plan and deliver group and one-to-one activities.
• Genuine interest in supporting older people, including those living with dementia.

Responsibilities
