Careermakers Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Activities Coordinator for a care home in Sleaford, Lincolnshire. The role focuses on planning and delivering meaningful, person-centred activities to support residents’ wellbeing and quality of life.

You will create engaging activity plans tailored to residents’ interests and needs, provide companionship, and support residents living with dementia. The position is full-time, dayshift, with a pay rate of £14.13 per hour plus company bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience delivering activities within a care home or similar environment
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or Activities, or willingness to work towards this

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver meaningful, person-centred activities to support residents wellbeing and quality of life
• Create engaging activity plans tailored to residents interests, needs and abilities
• Provide companionship and one-to-one support for residents requiring additional support
