This role as an Activities Coordinator at Heffle Court in Heathfield, East Sussex offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents in a 41-bed Nursing, Dementia, and Residential care home. The home has a 'Good' CQC rating and is highly rated by those who have experienced its services.
As the Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a range of engaging activities and events that promote the health and wellbeing of the residents. This will involve using your interpersonal skills, creativity, and preparation abilities to ensure that each resident is able to make the most of every day. You will be working 36 hours per week, with a mix of flexible shifts between 9am and 5:30pm, including some weekend work.
