Pure Care Recruitment is seeking an Activities Coordinator for a nursing home in Farnham. You will plan and deliver a varied, person-centred activity programme tailored to residents’ interests and abilities, promoting social interaction and wellbeing in a warm care environment.

You will lead engaging activities, collaborate with care staff, and adapt sessions for residents with dementia, ensuring a supportive daily experience. A driver’s license is required.

Formación

• Previous experience in activities, care, or similar role is desirable.
• A genuine passion for working with older people.
• Creative, enthusiastic, and patient approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be a Driver.

Responsabilidades

• Encourage participation and build meaningful relationships with residents.

Activities Coordinator - Nursing Home (Elderly Care)

We are working with a well-regarded, 50-bedded nursing home in Farnham to recruit a passionate and creative Activities Coordinator to join their friendly team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by enhancing the wellbeing and quality of life of residents through meaningful and engaging activities.

Role Details

• Position: Activities Coordinator
• Location: Farnham
• Hours: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 9-5 and alternative weekends
• Pay: £14.36ph with Paid Breaks and a £2ph Weekend Supplement
• Setting: Nursing Home - Elderly Care

About the Role

As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a varied programme of engaging, person-centred activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities.

You will play a key role in promoting social interaction, emotional wellbeing, and a positive daily experience for residents within a warm and supportive care environment.
