Job summary

Agincare is seeking an Activities Coordinator for Sedgemoor Care Home in Weston-super-Mare. You will plan and lead activities, celebrations and outings to create joyful moments for residents, while fostering movement and social engagement.

A warm, creative and people-focused personality is essential to connect with residents daily. The role offers 21 hours per week with a rolling rota and a shift from 10:00 to 16:00, plus funded training to QCF Level 5 and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months.
• Availability to work 21 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
• Shift patterns include a 2 week rolling rota (18h / 24h weeks) and a 10:00–16:00 daily slot.
• A warm, creative and people-focused personality.

All you need

• Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months

• The shift pattern will be 10am to 4pm
