  • Be kind and supportive to residents, families, and colleagues to excel as an Activities Coordinator

Required Skills:

  • Teamwork — a happy team creates happy residents and a happy home
  • Experience is not essential; we will support you with training, but caring, enthusiasm, and energy are important
  • Good communication skills and a flexible approach
  • Genuine care for older people, respecting their dignity and needs
