Your role involves helping residents live engaging and fulfilling lives by supporting their needs across the Mind, Body, and Soul. You will coordinate and support the planning, creation, and delivery of a welcoming Lifestyle Programme, encouraging participation in diverse activities tailored to varying abilities.
No matter your background, we offer full training. We value organization, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work shifts, including weekends on a rota basis. We support your career development, with potential progression to Nurse Associate.
