Job Description:

Monarch Healthcare is recruiting for an Activities Coordinator to join our team at Heeley Bank Care Home. Heeley Bank offers care and nursing support for up to 67 residents in a spacious, well-maintained home located within a residential area with good transport links.

Hours: 34 hours per week, between 8am-6pm. Flexibility is required as the role includes some evenings, alternate weekends, and bank holidays. The pay rate is up to £[amount], depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and organising various events and activities, with knowledge of working with people living with dementia and creating activities that promote purposeful days. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and produce a variety of documents and supporting materials to enhance the activities programme.

The key responsibilities include:
