Job summary

The Chestnuts, part of Agincare, is seeking an Activities Coordinator to plan and lead fun activities, games, crafts and social events for residents, creating joyful moments through laughter, creativity and connection.

The role offers funded training up to QCF Level 5, a company pension, on-demand pay and a £12.87 per hour rate, with a 10am-4pm shift and occasional weekend work to support events at our care home in Aylesbury.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months.
• Availability to work 12 hours per week.
• A warm, creative and people-focused personality.
• Main shift pattern 10am-4pm, with flexibility for events or activities outside those hours.
• Work alternate weekends.
