About The Role

In your role as an Activities Co-ordinator at HC-One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It influences every aspect of our care homes, including Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care. Responsibilities
  1. Plan and implement activities that delight our Residents.
  2. Assist the Home Manager in organizing fundraising events.
  3. Help Residents socialize more effectively and develop new activity ideas based on their hobbies.
  4. Engage the care team in activities with a focus on kindness.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience working with vulnerable individuals, ideally in developing activity programs.
  • Positive energy, excellent planning, organizational, and IT skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Considerate and kind communication with Residents and colleagues.
  • Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and report concerns appropriately.
