Role: Activities Co-ordinator at HC-One

As an Activities Co-ordinator, you will plan and implement engaging activities that delight our Residents, assist the Home Manager with fundraising events, and foster social confidence and hobbies among Residents. Your role will involve working with the care team to promote kindness and well-being.
We seek candidates with experience working with vulnerable individuals and developing activity programs. Your positive energy, organizational skills, IT proficiency, and considerate communication are essential. Safeguarding awareness is crucial, and training will be provided to support you in recognizing and reporting concerns.
