About the Role

We aim to help those we care for live the most rewarding, engaging, and fulfilling lifestyles possible, meeting their needs in terms of the Mind, Body, and Soul.

In this role, you will support the planning, creation, and delivery of a welcoming, home-based Lifestyle Programme designed to encourage residents to participate in a variety of activities. This programme, part of our group-wide "More..." initiative, focuses on meeting resident interests and needs creatively and consistently, adapting to varying levels of physical and mental ability.

About You:

We provide comprehensive training, so we welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Key qualities include being organized, having excellent communication skills, and being flexible to work shifts. We are committed to supporting your career development, potentially towards roles such as Nurse Associate. Please note, shifts are scheduled on a rota basis across 7 days, including weekends.

Knowledge / Experience:

  • Understanding the importance of social interaction in overall wellbeing.
  • Ability to assist in delivering lifestyle sessions both in groups and individually.
  • Ability to develop community links and organize successful events.
  • Flexibility to cover various responsibilities at short notice.
  • Willingness to help implement new concepts and ideas.
  • Potential to develop through Lifestyle / Activities training and qualifications.
