Heron Foods Limited is seeking Warehouse Operatives for our Melton distribution site (near North Ferriby). This role involves picking stock on a three 12-hour shift rota, using voice-pick headsets, and working in freezer, chilled, or ambient environments.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Pick and load store orders accurately using voice-pick.
• Work in Freezer (down to -25°C), Chilled, or Ambient environments with full PPE.
• Meet pick targets and maintain productivity.
• Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
