Royal Mail Group in East Grinstead is hiring a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) on a fixed-term contract for 6 months. You’ll deliver letters and parcels by van or on foot, on a rotating schedule across Monday to Sunday, working about 30 hours per week.

A full manual UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points) is required, plus willingness to drive daily and pass a driving assessment. You’ll work outdoors in all weathers and stay active.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence required (max 6 penalty points).
• Ability to drive a Royal Mail van daily and walk routes in all weathers.
• Self-motivated with good organisation and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels by van or on foot in East Grinstead.
• Sort mail at the delivery office and build customer relationships.
• Work outdoors across a rotating shift including weekends.
