Job summary

Royal Mail Group in Egham is seeking a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) to deliver letters and parcels by van and on foot. You will sort mail at the delivery office and build relationships with customers, working outdoors in all weather.

The role involves a rotating shift schedule, 37 hours per week across 5 days, including Sundays at Brentford DO as needed. Training is provided, with a red Royal Mail van and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• A full manual UK driving licence.
• Ability to pass a driving assessment.
• Physically fit to walk long distances and lift 10kg+ mailbags.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
• Good organisation and resilience in a busy environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors and independently.
