Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking a Postie in Ascot to deliver letters and parcels on a rotating shift, including weekends. You’ll sort at the delivery office and deliver by van and on foot while building relationships with customers.

Applicants must hold a full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points) and be physically fit to walk long distances. The role is outdoors, fast-paced, with peak periods.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points)
• Ability to drive a Royal Mail van daily and pass a driving assessment
• Physically fit to walk long distances, climb stairs/hills, and lift 10kg+ mailbags
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Strong organisational skills and resilience
• Customer-focused with pride in delivering great service
• Comfortable working outdoors and independently
