Job summary

Royal Mail Group in Molesey is seeking a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) on a 9-month fixed term contract. You will sort letters and parcels, deliver by van and on foot, and build strong relationships with customers in your local area.

The role is outdoors in all weathers with a rotating schedule, including Sundays, and may involve overtime. A full manual UK driving licence and a driving assessment are required.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence with up to 6 penalty points.
• Willingness to drive a Royal Mail van daily and pass a driving assessment.
• Physically fit for long walks and lifting 10kg+ mailbags.

Responsibilities

• Sort letters and parcels at the delivery office.
• Deliver post by van and on foot in your local area.
