Job summary

Royal Mail Group is seeking a Postie in Sittingbourne to deliver letters and parcels on a 28-hour week fixed-term contract (six months). The role pays £13.68 per hour, with paid overtime, and a 14:00–20:00 shift, six days per week across Monday to Sunday.

You’ll work outdoors in all weathers, sort at the delivery office, and deliver by van or on foot. Full training provided; you’ll need a full manual UK driving licence, pass a driving assessment, be physically fit to walk long distances, and

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points)
• Ability to drive a Royal Mail van daily and pass a driving assessment
• Physically fit to walk long distances, climb stairs/hills, and lift 10kg+ mailbags
