Job summary

Iceland Foods is hiring Home Delivery Drivers to deliver shopping and engage with customers as the face of the brand. You will load vans, drive safely, complete checks and provide top service while occasionally helping in-store tasks. Flexibility to work shifts from early morning to late evening is required.

Applicants should hold a full driving licence with up to 6 points and be punctual, friendly, and capable of working to deadlines while maintaining high road-safety standards.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence held for at least 3 years and no more than 6 penalty points.
• Positive, friendly and passionate about customer experience.
• Able to work shifts between 6am and 11pm.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe van loading procedures (heavy lifting & manual handling).
• Always adhere to safe driving practices.
• Complete van checks prior to delivery.
• Deliver shopping to customers and act as the face of Iceland.
• Provide excellent customer service on each delivery.
• Lend a hand in store when required.
• Be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
