Job summary

Iceland Foods Ltd is seeking a Home Delivery Driver to join our team. You’ll be delivering shopping and engaging with customers as the face of Iceland.

We offer an hourly rate of £13.71 and benefits including a 15% discount card, holiday entitlement, and optional health care plan. A valid UK driving licence held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points is required, with shifts from early morning to late evening.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 3 years
• No more than 6 penalty points on licence
• Positive, friendly and passionate about customer service
• Punctual and able to meet deadlines
• Strong awareness of road safety

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe van loading procedures and manual handling
• Adhere to safe driving practices at all times
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report issues
• Deliver groceries to customers and ensure items arrive in good condition
• Provide excellent customer service on every delivery
• Assist in-store tasks when required
• Work independently and manage time effectively
• Shifts vary from early mornings to late evenings (6am–11pm)
