Job summary

Iceland Foods is seeking Home Delivery Drivers to deliver shopping and engage directly with customers as the face of Iceland. This role involves driving routes with early to late shifts and active on-road service.

You will ensure safe loading, perform van checks, and provide top-tier customer service while supporting store tasks when needed. A full driving license held for 3+ years with no more than 6 points is required.

Qualifications

• Must have full driving license held for at least 3 years and no more than 6 points.
• Positive, friendly and passionate about delivering good customer experience.
• Punctual and able to work to deadlines.
• Strong awareness of road safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe van loading procedures and manual handling.
• Adhere to safe driving practices.
• Complete van checks and ensure goods arrive in good condition.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers on delivery.
• Lend a hand in-store when required.
• Work independently and manage time efficiently with flexible shifts.
