Job summary

The Hyde Group is hiring a Fire Safety Surveyor to support active fire safety works across our homes and communal buildings. This is a mobile role covering Peterborough, London, Chichester, Brighton and surrounding areas, with occasional travel to Chichester for meetings.

You will survey properties, prepare clear work specifications, review remedial works, oversee contractors and provide technical advice on active fire safety systems to improve safety, compliance and service quality for our

Qualifications

• Experience with active fire safety systems and fire risk actions.
• Knowledge of fire safety legislation and Building Regulations.
• Ability to explain complex issues to customers and contractors.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the patch.
• Practical approach to risk and problem solving.
