Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is recruiting an experienced Fire Safety Surveyor to join a dedicated Fire Safety team on an initial 12-week contract, paying £460 per day via umbrella.

You will oversee fire risk assessment actions and remedial works across a residential property portfolio, carrying out inspections, assessing defects and ensuring contractors complete works to the required standard across East and West Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Fire Safety qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with pre- and post-inspections and remedial works.
• Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and building standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fire risk assessment actions and remedial works.
• Inspect properties, identify defects, and propose remedial solutions.
• Prepare detailed specifications for fire safety remedial works.
