Job summary

Service Care in London is seeking two experienced Fire Project Surveyors to join the Fire Safety team on a 6-month temporary contract. The role requires site inspections, specification writing, and project delivery with hybrid working and on-site time.

A recognised Fire Safety qualification and UK driving licence are essential. Applicants will oversee contractors, manage FRAs, and ensure compliance with fire safety legislation while maintaining thorough project records and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Recognised Fire Safety qualification (Level 3 or above).
• Experience delivering fire safety projects and surveys.
• Strong knowledge of UK Fire Safety legislation and building safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections and surveys of fire safety works across residential properties.
• Produce specifications, schedules of work, and remedial recommendations.
• Manage fire safety projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee contractors and ensure quality and compliance.
• Conduct post-inspections and sign-off of works.
• Maintain accurate compliance and project records.
