Qualifications

• Experienced fitness, leisure or active facilities professional who can lead teams and operations.
• Strong knowledge of gym operations and health and safety requirements; climbing/adventure sport experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, planning, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high-quality gym and climbing services.
• Manage and support teams across fitness and climbing operations.
• Set clear service standards for gym floor activity, inductions, programmes, and climbing wall operations.
• Oversee route setting, supervised sessions and customer engagement.
• Contribute to growth of health and wellbeing offerings using feedback and trends.
