Job summary

Royal Mail in Kenilworth is seeking a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) to deliver letters and parcels on a rotating shift. You will work 35 hours per week across five days, with some weekend work.

You will use a Royal Mail van, walk routes, and build relationships with customers while working outdoors in all weather and following safety standards.

Full training, a uniform, and benefits are provided, with overtime paid where applicable.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence required (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to walk long distances and lift 10kg+ mailbags

Responsibilities

• Sort letters and parcels at the delivery office
• Deliver post by van and on foot in your local area
• Build relationships with customers and provide great service
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
