Royal Mail in Chippenham is hiring a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) to sort and deliver letters and parcels in the local area. You will work on a rotating shift, 37 hours per week, across 5 days in 7, with weekend work and a Sunday rotation required.

Full training will be provided, along with a uniform and a Royal Mail van. You'll be active outdoors in all weathers, build relationships with customers, and play a vital role in your community while handling high volumes of mail and parcels.

Competenze

• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• Willingness to drive a Royal Mail van daily and pass a driving assessment.
• Physically fit to walk long distances, climb stairs/hills, and lift 10kg+ mailbags.
• Reliable and self-motivated with strong organisational skills.

Mansioni

• Sort letters and parcels at the delivery office.
• Deliver post by van and on foot in your local area.
