Royal Mail is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join as flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers. You’ll deliver letters and parcels across your local area, combining driving a Royal Mail van with on-foot deliveries.

A full manual UK driving licence and the ability to walk long distances are essential. Shifts vary from early morning to late evening, and you’ll be paid at competitive hourly rates for your time.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day and carry a mailbag weighing up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary; team players who can adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels by van and on foot along your route.
• Ensure items are delivered securely and on time, including election materials.
