Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join us as flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers through Angard Staffing Solutions. You will be the face of Royal Mail in your community, delivering letters and parcels across your route with a mix of driving and walking throughout your shift.

You must hold a full, manual UK driving licence with up to 6 points, be physically able to walk long distances (up to 20,000 steps per day) and handle mailbags up to 16kg.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day and handle mailbags up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary, requiring adaptability at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels within your round, ensuring safe, timely delivery.
• Occasionally drive a Royal Mail van and walk portions of your route to complete tasks.
