Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers for Angard Staffing. You will deliver letters and parcels, split between driving and on-foot duties, and represent the service in your community.

Roles require a full UK driving licence (max 6 points), the ability to walk long distances, and adaptability to varying shift patterns. A driving assessment is required at start.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day, get in and out of your van regularly, and carry a mailbag weighing up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary, so we need team players who can adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels on your round, being the face of Royal Mail in your community.
• Drive the delivery van and also complete parts of your route on foot, ensuring items reach their destination safely.
• Pass a driving assessment when you start.
