Job summary

Cygnet is seeking an Acting Team Leader to work at Norcott House in Liversedge, West Yorkshire. The role combines team leadership with hands-on care, including medication support and coordinating the staff team.

The post is full-time with 42 hours per week, two 12-hour shifts and alternate weekends. You will switch between team-leading and support worker duties while delivering person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities.
