Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering impartial career guidance to young people.
• Experience liaising with schools, families and external partners.
• Ability to monitor progress and provide clear insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide impartial advice to help students and families make informed choices during key transition stages.
• Proactively build relationships with local businesses, universities and training providers to secure opportunities.
• Oversee end-to-end management of work placements and ensure safe, suitable environments.
• Organise career fairs, employer talks and workshops with digital updates and assemblies.
• Track destinations and maintain records to support Gatsby Benchmarks and leadership decisions.
