Job summary

The Priory Federation Of Academies is seeking enthusiastic Careers Advisors to join the Trust Careers Team to work across our academies, including post-16 provision. The role centers on delivering personal guidance interviews with students across the Trust and supporting career-related learning.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering careers guidance to school-age students.
• QCF Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance or equivalent is essential.
• Adhere to the CDI Code of Ethics; CDI professional registration is funded by the Trust.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal guidance interviews for students across the trust.
• Work across academies in Lincoln or Southern Lincolnshire Hub.
• Support Strategic Careers Lead, Academy Careers Teams and Adult Education Team with career-related learning and work-related activities.
• Be involved in post-16 and post-18 applications.
