The Openwork Partnership in Swindon is seeking a qualified IFRS expert to lead PPA accounting and acquisition IFRS work across the deal lifecycle. You will partner with Finance and Strategic Investments to deliver insights for value creation in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include financial due diligence, integration, and disposal accounting, with a focus on PPA, goodwill and IFRS reporting. A hybrid role with office three days per week is available.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting The Openwork Group's adviser lifecycle strategy, helping to drive growth through the acquisition, integration and disposal of adviser firms. Working closely with the Head of Financial Reporting & Controls, you will provide financial expertise across the full transaction lifecycle, from financial due diligence and acquisition accounting through to post-deal integration and disposal activities. As the Group's subject matter expert for purchase price allocation (PPA) accounting, IFRS technical accounting and intangible asset valuations, you will deliver high-quality financial insights that support strategic decision-making and value creation across the business. This is a varied and highly visible role offering exposure to complex transactions, senior stakeholders and a dynamic growth agenda.
This is a hybrid role, based 3 day a week from our Swindon office.
