Job summary

Immediate is seeking an Acquisition Marketing Manager to lead subscriber acquisition for Gardeners' World and History Extra across print and digital channels. You will shape the funnel, partner with Brand, Product and Tech teams, and drive growth through data-informed decisions.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with emphasis on collaboration, innovation, and balancing new customer volume with long-term subscriber value.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition strategy and delivery for Gardeners' World and History Extra, spanning print and digital subscriptions.
• Act as primary acquisition owner, building relationships with Brand, Product & Tech and Performance Marketing teams.
• Coordinate content plans and assets with Design & Editing teams to amplify acquisition.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing on Paid Social and Paid Search, briefing campaigns and budgets.
• Proactively explore new acquisition opportunities and funnel diversification.
