Job summary

ING's Acquisition Finance Portfolio Management team in the UK is seeking a Vice President to actively manage AF booked assets and optimise returns through robust analytics and capital velocity. This mid-level front office role involves collaboration with origination, Transaction Management, Capital Markets & Advisory, and Legal to ensure regulatory readiness and efficient portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in lending execution and/or credit analysis.
• Experience with project finance and other specialized lending is a plus.
• Strong cashflow modelling skills and MS Excel proficiency.
• Comfortable with reporting and presenting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage all facets of files in your portfolio, including add-ons, refinancings, amendments and waivers.
• Review annual risk rating updates and monitor covenants and performance.
• Coordinate with TA&C, Legal, and back-office teams to ensure documentation and approvals.
• Assist with capital velocity initiatives and loan sales or securitizations.
• Prepare CRM portfolio reviews and Watchlist submissions for committees.
