Job summary

Oldbury Park Primary School in Worcester is seeking an Achievement Assistant to join a dedicated team supporting pupils in both the Mainstream Autism Base and the main school. The role involves 1:1 support and small-group sessions across a range of subjects, fostering positive relationships and contributing to inclusive learning.

Qualifications

• Confident creating and maintaining positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
• Confident to work within both mainstream school and the Mainstream Autism Base.
• Experienced in working with children with a neurodivergent profile, including Autism.
• Experience in delivering research-based interventions.
• Able to deliver engaging sessions to groups of children in a variety of subjects.
• Supportive of our school ethos and the wider aims of the Central Region Schools Trust.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
