Job Title: Accreditation Officer

Our client, a well-respected membership body with 27,000 members worldwide based in Central London, is currently looking for an Accreditation Officer.

Location and Working Arrangements

2 Days Central London Office, 3 Days Home

Salary and Benefits

Basic Salary Up to £38,000 plus a benefits package including 26 Days Holiday, Pension Up to 12% employer contribution, Life Assurance x 3 Salary, Season ticket loan, childcare vouchers, retail discounts, and gym discounts.

Role Overview

To administer technical assessments and quality assurance of planning education on behalf of the Higher Education Manager. The role involves providing advice and guidance on accreditation and careers to universities and planning students, assessing university degree programs for accreditation or professional recognition, and managing detailed records on student data and accredited courses.

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience of managing projects successfully
• Experience of organising and prioritising work effectively
• Experience within a professional institute, university, or accreditation body
• Experience supervising volunteers
• Experience writing for the web and social media
• Experience presenting to large groups
• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
• Understanding of quality assurance assessments and higher education accreditation
• Postgraduate qualification or equivalent
• An interest in the built environment
• Knowledge of Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR
• Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences
• Attention to detail and high accuracy

• Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and Ireland
