Job summary

Monahans, part of the Sumer Group, is inviting applications for its Early Careers Trainee Programme in the Accounts team in Cirencester. This permanent, full-time role starts September 2027 and offers a structured training contract combining practical client work with study toward AAT or ACA.

You will join the Sumer Academy, participate in a group-wide cohort, and receive full study support, mentoring, and exposure to diverse clients and projects.

Qualifications

• Ideal for a school/college leaver starting AAT Level 3
• Strong GCSE results in English and Maths required
• Progression through AAT/ACA with study support and paid study leave

Responsibilities

• Join a friendly Accounts team and work with clients from day one
• Gain hands-on experience in accounts and client projects
• Train under the Sumer Academy for technical and soft skills development
• Engage in a group-wide trainee cohort for peer learning
