BHP, part of the Sumer Group, invites applications for an Early Careers Trainee Programme in West Yorkshire. Join a supportive team and start a professional journey toward ACA, ATT or AAT qualifications with structured study and hands-on client experience.

You’ll work across Audit, Accounts or Tax, participating in accounts prep, audits or tax advisory while developing technical and soft skills through the Sumer Academy and cohort training.

Qualifications

• Strong A-Level or equivalent academic history, including English GCSE C/5 and Maths GCSE B/6.
• Effective communicator with clients and colleagues.
• Collaborative team player who shares ideas to achieve results.
• Time management to balance work and study with organisation.

Responsabilités

• Work across Audit, Accounts or Tax; assist with preparing accounts and supporting audits.
• Provide insightful tax and business advice where applicable.
• Gain hands-on client experience and participate in projects as you progress.
• Develop skills through the Sumer Academy and professional study toward qualification.
