Job summary

Sumer Group, Bath, is inviting applications for its Early Careers Trainee Programme. You will join a friendly team, gaining hands-on experience in Audit or Accounts while working toward AAT Level 3 or ACA qualifications.

The programme blends practical client work with formal study and a dedicated development pathway. You’ll be supported by buddy and mentoring systems, with paid study leave and group-wide cohort training through the Sumer Academy.

Qualifications

• School/college leaver aiming to start AAT Level 3 qualification.
• Minimum GCSE English grade C/5 and Maths grade B/6.
• Strong communication, collaborative attitude and ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Join a friendly team and gain hands-on experience in Audit or Accounts.
• Assist with preparing accounts or supporting audits depending on team.
• Interact directly with clients and contribute to projects as confidence grows.
