Saffery is offering a School Leaver Accounts Trainee (ACCA) position in Edinburgh, starting September 2027. You will study ACCA while gaining practical experience, with a six-week business simulation and a four-year training contract. Exemptions may apply if you hold AAT Level 4.

We welcome school leavers and career changers with strong numerical ability. The programme includes mentorship, tuition support, and a clear development path toward becoming a trusted advisor.

Formación

• Must have 120 UCAS points from top 3 A Levels or Highers (or equivalent).
• GCSE or National 5 Maths and English at a minimum of 6 (B) or equivalent.
• AAT qualification may exempt; if not, complete ACCA syllabus with cohort study.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with preparing financial statements, management accounts and related analysis.
• Work with client financial data using a range of accounting systems and tools.
• Assist with resolving day-to-day accounting queries as you gain experience, building confidence over time.
• Prepare accurate, high-quality work for review by senior team members.
