S&W in Edinburgh invites school leaver applicants to join the Audit & Assurance team. You will work on a variety of client engagements, gaining early responsibility while studying for the ACA with strong support from experienced colleagues.

No prior experience required; you're curious, eager to learn, and ready to develop technical audit and accountancy skills in a fast-growing UK firm offering a structured training programme and clear progression.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required in accountancy or professional services.
• Willingness to study for the ACA with support from the firm.
• Strong academic foundation and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in audits and gain exposure to client engagements.
• Support testing of processes and controls.
• Develop technical and commercial awareness in auditing.
• Study for ACA qualification with structured training and mentoring.
