Blusource Professional Services Ltd in Leighton Buzzard is seeking an Accounts Technician to handle a varied client portfolio across statutory and management accounts, tax returns, bookkeeping, VAT, and Making Tax Digital. The role offers progression and a friendly firm environment.

You will manage end-to-end tasks from bookkeeping to finalisation for partner review, with training and study support for professional qualifications. Commutable from Milton Keynes and surrounding towns.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with QuickBooks/Xero or similar cloud software packages; Sage experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Year-end Accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies.
• Compute Corporation Tax and prepare Company Tax returns.
• Prepare Self-Assessment Tax returns.
• Provide support to Client Managers.
• Prepare P11D's.
• Deal with portfolio of clients and relevant authorities, resolving queries.
• Bookkeeping and prepare VAT returns.
• Assist with Making Tax Digital.
