ProTalent is seeking a qualified accountant or qualified by experience for a supervisor role in Uckfield, East Sussex. You will manage a portfolio of owner-managed and SME clients with a strong practice background in a growing national group.

This varied position covers year-end and management accounts, corporation and personal tax, and mentoring junior staff. The firm offers hybrid working, a supportive partner group, and CPD opportunities with room to shape how things are done.

Qualifications

• AAT, ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience.
• Experience managing a client portfolio in practice.
• Strong attention to detail and client-facing presence.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review year-end and management accounts.
• Assist with corporation and personal tax.
• Be the day-to-day point of contact for clients.

Uckfield, East Sussex, hybrid Permanent Up to £47,500 depending on experience

Are you a qualified accountant, or qualified by experience, with a strong practice background and ready for a portfolio you can really own? This is a varied, client-facing supervisor role with a well-established firm of chartered accountants and business advisors, part of a growing national group but still small enough that everyone knows one another.

You will run your own portfolio of owner-managed and SME clients, prepare and review year-end and management accounts, get involved in corporation and personal tax, and be the day-to-day point of contact your clients rely on. You will also support the managers and partners on more complex work, and help bring on the junior team through review, guidance and training.
